At MONVATOO London, our top priority is to satisfy all our fans. We take very good care of all our creations and always ensure that all our jewellery collections achieve the very high standards we're continuously setting ourselves before they are shipped to our customers. But we also offer a 'Return & Refund' policy: jewellery pieces purchased on our online shop may be refunded up to 14 days after their receipt. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this 14-day period. There is also an exception for earrings which we can neither refund nor exchange due to hygiene reasons.
If you've just purchased a jewellery piece from our online shop and wish to return it for a refund or exchange, please drop us a line at email@example.com to advise us about your planned return and indicate your preferred refund option. We will advise you the return address. You will then need to safely pack your item back in its original pouch bag and box then send your jewellery back to us using a secure postal delivery service and provide us with a tracking number so we can follow the parcel's delivery status.
Upon reception of the item(s), and providing your jewellery is non-faulty, unworn and returned in the exact same saleable conditions as when purchased, we will automatically exchange or credit the due amount within 7 working days. Please note that you will bear the postal return costs which are non refundable.
